Before you begin

  • Use the genuine application and keep private backups private.

Steps

  1. If the interface opens, inspect Diagnostics and note whether the node is running, connected and in sync.
  2. Record the exact error and your application and operating-system versions. If the interface never opens, describe what appears when launching it.
  3. Contact support when the cause is unclear. Do not disable antivirus, reset state or remove directories based only on an old troubleshooting article.

Expected result

Staff receives a specific symptom and environment. A stopped node, clock warning or blank screen needs diagnosis; this guide does not promise a repair.

Consequences and precautions

  • Changing or approving wallet operations can affect funds.

If you cannot continue safely

  • Stop if unsure; contact human support before changing wallet data.

Keep your wallet safe

  • Never disclose recovery phrases, seed words, private keys or spending passwords.
  • Do not delete, reset or move wallet data using generic instructions.

When to contact support

  • The symptom persists after the safe diagnostic steps, or funds appear at risk.
